Full-Stack Back End Engineer

Sibly is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Back End Engineer who is passionate about working with data and delivering insights. You will join a dynamic fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable software solutions. As a senior member of our engineering team, you’ll be critical in delivering software that improves improved people’s lives, safely and securely delivering the most accessible mental and overall wellness services. Responsibilities: Writing code as a key individual contributor in our growing team Contribute to our technical visions through collaboration with our chief architect and product team(s) as well as key partners Designing, implement and own components of our server and database infrastructure Build new products and refactor or replatform our current products Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Provide code review & contribute to technical mentorship of junior engineers Work is primarily on a Node.js server hosted on AWS and with MySQL DB. There’s a lot of replatforming work to be done this year, as we scale our enterprise grade B2B2C product. We expect to move to a serverless architecture soon, and we are committed to utilizing the newest and best technologies. Visual & UI Designer (contract)

Job Description Sibly is looking for a mission-driven, creative part-time contract designer with experience in both print and digital design. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams on multiple projects that support the company’s vision and strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with management and key stakeholders while playing an important role in our powerful mission of delivering the most effective and accessible mental and overall wellness services. What you’ll do: - Design web & mobile user interface (UI) components that are both easy to use & visually appealing - Contribute to building & maintaining design systems and style guides - Create and manage a library of illustrations to be used in different areas including the marketing materials as well as our software products - Create visual aspects of marketing materials, presentations, posters, and other media - Shape the visual identity of the brand as the company evolves, and document the visual systems you build Who you are: - You have 3+ years of experience in visual & UI design - You have an excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal. This position will report directly to the CTO. As a Director of Software Engineering you will utilize strong management and technical competencies to set objectives, build a great team and deliver amazing software. As a creative, pragmatic and collaborative engineering leader, you will help us build not only our team but our delivery platform and frameworks. You will work with cross-functional teams, managers and engineering professionals to evolve and develop product, user experience and technical capabilities through customer-centric processes and by leading with vision. IT Support Engineer Consultant

Sibly is looking for a full time IT Support Engineer Consultant (1099) for a 4+ month assignment. Job Description: You will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software. Ability to determine when it is appropriate to deviate from a standard practice to accomplish the desired result. Troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs. There are three main functions to this role: Monitoring: Primary responsibilities include continuous monitoring of channels (slack, email), systems, software, and hardware. Identify the issues and resolve them quickly. Provide all the necessary technical support to different team members to overcome any issues. Troubleshooting: The IT Engineer should prioritize and work on issues without disturbing their workflow. Troubleshooting relies on a step-by-step procedure. The professionals should have strong troubleshooting skills with an eye for minute details. They must offer strong technical support and assistance to troubleshoot one or more issues that may occur. They must be a great communicator, able to communicate steps to resolution to a non-technical team of customers. Planning: The IT engineer should be able to assess current and future needs of the company for IT services and then plan and execute projects accordingly. Balancing expense and value delivered is critical. Responsibilities: 1st line technical support for Sibly coaches, resolving issues like: Problems accessing the dash Performance issues Add-on capabilities (VPN, ProWriting Aid, etc.) Acquiring, configuring, managing and recycling Sibly-owned devices: Chromebooks for coaches Laptops for employees Mobile devices Test equipment for engineering and product Other equipment as needed Support and improve key business applications, including: GSuite (Gmail, GDrive, Calendar, Google Meet) Notion Zoom Anti-virus HubSpot Slack FIgma Jira ADP Support a geographically distributed and generally non-technical team as they manage a 100% remote work experience Support and improve physical office (on return from current WFH) technologies Comcast Business Unifi WiFi Video conference Create IT plan, based on cross functional needs. Provide services and installations based on predicted need, based on projected need. Balance cost and value.
