Mobile Engineer - React Native

Sibly is looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer (React Native) to join our core team. You will join a dynamic fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable software solutions. As a member of our engineering team, you’ll be critical in delivering software that improves improved people’s lives, safely and securely delivering the most accessible mental and overall wellness services. Responsibilities: Writing software as a key individual contributor in our small but growing team Contribute to our technical visions through collaboration with the Engineering Product team(s) as well as key partners Implement features and own components of our React Native mobile app on iOS and Android (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sibly/id1125901708) Own and direct Mobile React Native code architecture Review product requirements and provide estimates Help define best practices for Mobile development process and component re-use Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Conduct code review & contribute to technical mentorship of junior engineers Maintain and update the mobile CI/CD pipeline as needed Requirements: 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience 3+ years experience with React native (iOS and Android) Strong experience with modern Javascript (classes, promises, etc) Experience driving the architecture of React Native apps. Experience with iOS and android build, deployment and publishing processes Experience integrating with backend services (REST APIs, web sockets) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with working in a fully distributed team is a plus Experience with Bitrise is a plus Nice to have: Some Objective-C, Swift, and/or Java/Kotlin experience Experience with React.js Experience building chat applications Experience with Node.js Experience with AWS (API gateway, lamba) Experience with SQL This is a full-time position. Full-Stack Frontend Engineer

Sibly is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to join our core team as a Frontend Engineer. One that is passionate about working with data and delivering insights. You will join a dynamic fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable software solutions. As a member of our engineering team, you’ll be critical in delivering software that improves improved people’s lives, safely and securely delivering the most accessible mental and overall wellness services. Responsibilities: Writing software as a key individual contributor in our small but growing team Contribute to our technical visions through collaboration with the Engineering Product team(s) as well as key partners Implement and own components of our sprawling React-based coaching dashboard and administrative consoles Own and direct front-end code architecture & state management structure Help define best practices for front-end development process and component re-use Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Provide code review & contribute to technical mentorship of junior engineers Requirements: 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience Extensive experience with React Extensive experience with HTML/CSS Strong experience with modern Javascript (classes, promises, etc) Strong experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) Strong understanding of front-end tooling (Webpack, etc) Strong experience with testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress/WebDriver, etc) Experience with React Native is a big plus Experience with working in a fully distributed team is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills This is a full-time position. Senior Product Manager

Sibly is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that put the user first. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out product features that support the company’s vision and strategy. As one of our first product hires, you’ll collaborate closely with management while playing a critical role in our powerful mission of delivering the most effective and accessible mental and overall wellness services. Responsibilities: Product ownership of the Sibly dash, a complex web application that our coaches utilize in providing the Sibly service. Decision making based on stakeholder engagement, user interviews, and product metrics. Writing product requirements, crafting user stories, and owning components of 2 week agile product sprints with coaching, design, and engineering. Managing and grooming a backlog Create high-level mockups and sketches, and work with design and engineering to bring them to life. Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience with agile practices. Demonstrated experience with web apps, and understanding of browser based application features and technologies. Experience in managing B2B2C (and/or) B2B products. Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs and translate them into requirements Excellent listening skills Attention to detail, with the ability to write comprehensive user stories and low-level product requirements. Excellent written, communication, analytical skills, with an ability to effectively present to executive staff and key stakeholders Design-driven, with a good understanding of product design principles. Having the ability to design is a plus. Experience in the employer benefits space is a plus. This is a full-time position. In 2020, this will be a 100% remote role.
