Clinical Manager, Bilingual - FL (Remote)


Sibly is on a mission to expand the reach of mental wellness care by allowing everyone to put the power of a human coach in their pockets. We collaborate with our users so they can achieve their personal goals by applying tools that include reflective listening, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral principles and other empirically-based strategies. Our responsive, reliable and experienced coaches support our members 24/7. Job Description: Clinical Manager plays a crucial role in supervising coaching operations and ensuring Sibly's coaches and members are supported. Will work closely with the Director of Coaching Operations to anticipate and address the needs of the Coaching Team, including (but not limited to) managing a team of coaches, developing policies and procedures, identifying and collaborating with product and tech to enhance the Dashboard, quality assurance, and determining training needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising a team of 8-12 coaches in the daily operations of coaching. Reviewing member cases, making decisions, taking action, and providing guidance to coaches that informs work with members, and on-call coverage are essential aspects of this role. Dash coverage on the weekends may also be needed. Responsibilities: Supervise coaching team in their work as a coach and providing regular feedback Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings to discuss the needs of the Coaching Team, training, and overall changes/improvements to coaching work. Wellness Coach, Bilingual Spanish and Engish - CA (Remote)

As wellness coaches, we provide an ongoing partnership with members that inspires and empowers them to make healthy changes, leverage their existing skills and strengths, and helps develop coping skills to improve their overall wellness. As we continue to grow our coaching team, we are looking for coaches who support Sibly's values of compassion and empathy. We are looking for team members who are warm, motivated, and organized.
Location: Remote - currently looking for Coaches to support CST Time Zone Status: This position starts at 20 hours per week and will increase to 40 hours per week. Work Hours: We are hiring Coaches with availability to work 12 pm - 8 pm CST Sunday - Friday with additional schedule to be determined. The Wellness Coach plays the front-line role in providing text-based coaching services to members through our app. They provide motivational interviewing-based wellness coaching and benefit/resource referral services to members through our platform during designated shifts. Other responsibilities include writing regular guidance reports, providing accurate and thorough documentation, and communicating with a team of other coaches to ensure smooth operation and transitions. Wellness coaches complete all training as required. Keys to success for this position are a high level of empathy for people coming from all backgrounds and a passion for working with people. English proficiency, flexibility, ability to work autonomously, providing assistance as needed, and coachability are integral attributes for a successful coach. Responsibilities: Use motivational interviewing training (provided by Sibly) to provide empathic and responsive wellness coaching services to members on the Sibly app during your assigned shift. Have ongoing text conversations with 5-6 active members simultaneously. Provide information about benefits and resources based on the member’s needs. Ensure all responses sent to members are timely, thoughtful, MI-consistent, and grammatically correct. Have a basic understanding of mental health diagnoses. Flag members for the case review team that appear to be outside of the scope of wellness coaching, or who appear to be experiencing severe symptoms of mental health conditions. Be able to address acute member concerns (training to be provided by Sibly), like suicidality, self-harm, or domestic violence, and hold responsibility for calling on-call crisis managers when a crisis occurs during shifts. Complete all training on specific mental health issues,and be comfortable and skilled in working with members presenting with various symptoms and life difficulties. Participate actively in writing guidance reports that reflect the member’s strengths and challenges as well as progress on their goals. All grammar and spelling should be correct. Communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues using the Slack messaging system and other forms of team communication during your shift as well as between them. Attend individual, team, and company-wide meetings as scheduled. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Psychology or health-related field is required. Masters degree is appreciated. The Director of Training plays a crucial role in supervising and executing training for the coaching organization to ensure Sibly's coaches and members are supported. The Director of Training works closely with the VP of Coaching to anticipate and address the needs of the Coaching Team, including (but not limited to) developing and executing training for new coaches, ongoing training in Motivational Interviewing, and training in other related clinical skills to maintain a high level of service. The Director of Training will collaborate with other domains of coaching (quality assurance, program evaluation, surveillance/scope) to determine training needs, and manage clinical risk of members. The training team will also collaborate with HR to recruit coaching candidates, conduct skills based interviews, and hire coaches. Working with the marketing team to develop member and public facing content is an integral part of this position. The Director of Training is responsible for supervising the training specialists that collaborate to develop, implement, and execute training. The role will additionally involve reviewing member cases, making decisions, taking action, and providing guidance to coaches that informs work with members. On-call clinical coverage is an essential aspect of this role. Dashboard and/or on-call coverage on the weekends may also be needed. As wellness coaches, we provide an ongoing partnership with members that inspires and empowers them to make healthy changes, leverage their existing skills and strengths, and helps develop coping skills to improve their overall wellness. Location: Remote - currently looking for Coaches to support CST Time Zone Status: This position starts at 20 hours per week and will increase to 40 hours per week. Work Hours: We are hiring Coaches with availability to work 12 pm - 8 pm CST Sunday - Friday with additional schedule to be determined. The Wellness Coach plays the front-line role in providing text-based coaching services to members through our app. They provide motivational interviewing-based wellness coaching and benefit/resource referral services to members through our platform during designated shifts. Other responsibilities include writing regular guidance reports, providing accurate and thorough documentation, and communicating with a team of other coaches to ensure smooth operation and transitions. Wellness coaches complete all training as required. Keys to success for this position are a high level of empathy for people coming from all backgrounds and a passion for working with people. English proficiency, flexibility, ability to work autonomously, providing assistance as needed, and coachability are integral attributes for a successful coach. Responsibilities: Use motivational interviewing training (provided by Sibly) to provide empathic and responsive wellness coaching services to members on the Sibly app during your assigned shift. Have ongoing text conversations with 5-6 active members simultaneously. Provide information about benefits and resources based on the member’s needs. Ensure all responses sent to members are timely, thoughtful, MI-consistent, and grammatically correct. Have a basic understanding of mental health diagnoses. Flag members for the case review team that appear to be outside of the scope of wellness coaching, or who appear to be experiencing severe symptoms of mental health conditions. Be able to address acute member concerns (training to be provided by Sibly), like suicidality, self-harm, or domestic violence, and hold responsibility for calling on-call crisis managers when a crisis occurs during shifts. Complete all training on specific mental health issues,and be comfortable and skilled in working with members presenting with various symptoms and life difficulties. Participate actively in writing guidance reports that reflect the member’s strengths and challenges as well as progress on their goals. All grammar and spelling should be correct. Communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues using the Slack messaging system and other forms of team communication during your shift as well as between them. Attend individual, team, and company-wide meetings as scheduled. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Psychology or health-related field is required. Masters degree is appreciated. Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Spanish, both writing and speaking, in a professional setting Ability to multi-task Ability to engage in empathic communication Coachable, eager to learn Flexible, adaptive to change and fast-paced environment Punctual and reliable Interest in and passion for wellness and mental health Strong interpersonal skills Experience working on crisis counseling lines is a plus Coaching certificates or equivalent life experience is also a plus Knowledge of active listening skills or motivational interviewing also appreciated This is currently a 100% remote role with employee based in Texas.
