BUILDING A CULTURE OF SUPPORT
From Sibly’s inception, at our core, we have strived to live up to our tagline, “Someone to talk to.” Personal support, professional growth or being a part of something that makes a positive difference in people's lives – Sibly’s collaborative and open communication throughout the company encourages both individual and organizational growth and excellence. With a creative space to learn, grow and iterate, our talented employees are passionate about innovation.
The Sibly culture was built organically through true dedication to helping others. While ensuring we care for the wellbeing of our clients, it is equally as important that we are also able to provide for our, and our teams’, own wellbeing. Paid time to do self care activities, on our own or in different groups, weekly wellness topics and our Wellness Buddies program, where employees are paired together to help each other be accountable for the goals each wants to achieve, are a few of the internal initiatives that help us walk the walk.
